Standard units are the most common choice for construction sites because of their durability and simple, no-hookup placement, but many long-term projects choose to upgrade a portion of their units to deluxe flushable models for crew comfort during multi-month builds, or add ADA-accessible units when the site welcomes inspectors, clients, or public visitors. We can mix and match unit types within a single order to match exactly what your project needs — you're not locked into one unit type across the whole site.

Service frequency is where job-site rentals differ most from short-term event rentals. A busy 20-person crew working five or six days a week needs a meaningfully different service schedule than a two-person crew on a slower renovation. We set your initial schedule based on crew size and project type, then adjust as needed — increasing frequency during busy phases, and scaling back if the crew count drops during a lull. You're never paying for a service level that doesn't match what's actually happening on-site.
